（課程簡介英文版） The course of Engineering Bidding&Tendering and Contract Management is one of the core courses for students majoring in engineering management. The aim of the course is to help students further understand the complexity of engineering procurement and the relationship between procurement management and enterprise management. Through learning practical operations such as tendering & bidding for construction engineering, goods and services, students can master the skills and methods of engineering procurement, engineering tendering & bidding according to market supply and project needs, and be competent in bidding management job for government departments, investment and construction units, bidding agencies, as well as tendering & bidding job for project general contracting enterprises and construction general contracting enterprises. The knowledge field of this course covers law, enterprise management, construction project management, etc. Specific knowledge content includes construction engineering market, main laws and regulations of bidding&tendering and procurement, economic and management principles of bidding&tendering and procurement, formulation of bidding proposals, qualification examination, preparation of tendering & bidding documents, procedures of opening, evaluation and awarding of bids, as well as practical operations of evaluation principles and methods.
